Marko Kremer - Non-Executive Chair and Director

Marko Kremer is Head of Australia for DIF Management Australia. He joined DIF in 2008 and since 2015 heading the Australian office where he is responsible for the origination and execution of infrastructure and renewable transactions.

Prior to joining DIF he was an Executive Director in the Leveraged Finance Team at ABN AMRO, with responsibility for originating, structuring and executing leveraged finance opportunities (2006-2008) and spent prior to that, five years at ING Wholesale Banking.

Marko holds a Master in Management Engineering from the University of Twente, The Netherlands and is a CFA- and CAIA charter holder.

Diana Callebaut - Non-Executive Director

Diana Callebaut is Head of Infrastructure for industry superfund Cbus.

Diana was previously a Director in KPMG’s Corporate Finance division and prior to that at Credit Suisse Investment Banking London where she gained extensive Global PPP/greenfield and secondary market infrastructure transaction and advisory experience.

Diana is also on the Steering Committee of the Women’s Infrastructure Network, Australia’s peak female infrastructure industry body, which aims to increase the visibility and representation of women across the sector.

Jason Waters

Jason Waters - Non-Executive Director

Jason Waters has served as the chief executive officer (CEO) of Synergy since January 2014 and prior to that he was the CEO of Verve Energy for two years. Jason holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Graduate Diploma of Business from Curtin University and has a background in engineering, power system planning, energy trading and fuel contract negotiation and management with 27 years’ experience in the energy sector.
