Gary Peel joined Synergy in 2006 and is the Chief Information Officer, heading up the Digital and Technology business unit. Gary oversees the management of Synergy’s digital and technology landscape, digital platforms, delivering IT transformational projects and providing cyber security for both information and operational technologies. Gary has over 15 years’ experience in the energy sector and holds a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University.

Gabri is the Chief Operations Officer at Potentia Energy, leading the engineering, grid, procurement, execution, and operations of company projects. He has over 20 years’ experience in the energy sector, with expertise spanning project direction, technical advisory, and portfolio management. Gabri has a strong background in renewable energy and National Electricity Market (NEM) projects, guiding developments across diverse stages. Gabriele holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of UniGe.

Thomas joined Potentia Energy as General Counsel and leads the company’s legal function, supporting strategic initiatives, managing risk, and ensuring compliance across the business. He has over 10 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on complex transactions and legal frameworks within the energy sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Sydney and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney.

Pippa joined Synergy in 2023 and is Executive General Manager, General Counsel and Governance. Pippa has 20 years of legal and governance experience within the energy and resources industries. She holds a Master of Laws, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. Pippa is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
