Warradarge Wind Farm Community Grants

At Bright Energy Investments, we’re passionate about fostering positive change in the communities we serve. Now in its sixth year, our community investments have supported 25 local organisations. We’re proud to have funded a diverse range of local projects and events in the Shires of Coorow, Carnamah and surrounding areas.

The 2026 Warradarge Wind Farm Community Grants ARE open for applications from 23 March 2026 to 25 May 2026.

2025 WARRADARGE WIND FARM COMMUNITY GRANT RECIPIENTS:

In 2025 we awarded grants to the following local organisations:

• Carnamah Child Care Centre – towards climbing equipment, a sandpit, and ride-on toys to create a safe outdoor play environment.

• Coorow Heritage Group – towards staging and entertainment for the 2025 Coorow District Pageant, which invites participation by the local community.

• Coorow Community Land – towards new dining furniture to increase the capacity of the Coorow Hotel.

• Eneabba Horseman’s Association – towards infrastructure for a multipurpose equestrian facility that caters to a broad range of disciplines.

• Eneabba Tennis Club – to purchase club tennis racquets that will be available for loan to the community.

• Green Head Bowling Club – to purchase a lawn bowls umpire kit to enable higher-level competitions to be hosted.

• Green Head Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade – for an air compressor and power supply to pump the large fire truck’s tyres.

• Leeman Bowling Club – to purchase sets of modern style lawn bowls that make the sport more accessible.
